Evercore

Founded in 1995, Evercore operates on the premise that clients would be best served by an investment banking firm free of the conflicts of interest inherent to large, multi-product financial institutions.  Evercore focuses on Global Advising, including strategic consulting, restructuring, and advising in Capital Markets; Institutional Equities, including research and sales, and trading; and Investment Management including wealth management and trust services.

Francois Maisonrouge is a Senior Managing Director in Evercore’s Advisory business with 34 years of relevant experience.  At Evercore, among other transactions, Mr. Maisonrouge was involved in advising Nestlé on its sale of Nestlé Skin Health to EQT and ADIA, Bristol-Myers Squibb on its acquisition of Celgene, Takeda on its acquisition of Shire, AstraZeneca on its defense across from Pfizer, and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries on its acquisition of Ranbaxy Laboratories from Daiichi-Sankyo. In addition, Mr. Maisonrouge has been involved in many IPOs and follow-on equity offerings, principally for biotech companies.

Mr. Maisonrouge holds an M.S. in Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lyon and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Board of Advisors of the Harvard Business School Health Care Initiative, and the Chairman of the Pasteur Foundation. In 2014, Mr. Maisonrouge was awarded the rank of Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur.
